ICSP is an IDIQ for a wide range of staffing solutions in the government healthcare environment. It addresses the complex staffing challenges faced by medical centers and clinics within the Veterans Integrated Service Networks. The vehicle delivers staffing solutions in three occupational categories: clinical staffing, non-clinical staffing, and program support services. Examples of these are:
Occupational Category 1 (OC1) - Clinical Occupational Series and Labor Categories
OC1 is designed to recruit, qualify, place, manage and maintain contract workers to support routine staffing, temporary increases in workload, new mission support, reorganization support, short-term and part-time requirements, and workload fluctuations in the following clinical labor segments. The services include credentialed (privileged and non-privileged) and non-credentialed contract workers in various labor categories:
- Social Science, Psychology, and Welfare
- Medical, Hospital, Dental and Public Health
